📅 Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
At ACTI, we understand that schedules can change. Our goal is to handle all cancellations and rescheduling requests in a fair and respectful manner while ensuring the integrity of our course delivery.

✅ Flexible Rescheduling – No Penalty

More than 48 hours’ notice:
Participants who notify us at least 48 hours prior to the course start time are eligible for a full refund or a one-time rescheduling to a future course date — with no penalty. -
24 to 48 hours’ notice:
If you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled course, you may reschedule without penalty. Refunds are not offered in this window, but we will gladly accommodate a new training date.
❌ Late Notice or No-Show

Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend:
Participants who cancel, attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend their scheduled training will forfeit all registration fees. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
