ACTI will endeavor to handle cancellations, no shows and
rescheduling of our clients in a reasonable manner. Please see the
below cancellation and “no show” policy.
- All participants that reschedule with more than 48 hours in
advance of the course date will be offered a complete refund or
the choice of reschedule to accommodate their schedule
without penalty. - All participants that reschedule with more than 24 hours prior to
the start of the course will be offered the choice to reschedule to
accommodate their schedule without penalty. - All participants that call with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to
the training to reschedule or do not show up for the scheduled
course will forfeit their paid registration fees and no refunds or
rescheduling will be given.
